To book a Polly fundraiser or event florals please just email a little bit about the nonprofit you represent and your fundraising goal. For example: we are looking for a donation of 40 centerpieces for our annual fundraiser, or, we are trying to raise x amount to benefit x. We will then be in touch with creative floral options to help you reach your goal, like a bouquet sale. Bouquet sales are super fun – Polly works to pre-sell online for one month to then create fresh Polly-style bouquets alongside nonprofit volunteers one day prior to customer pick-up. Bonding over bouquet-making is the best. We can make seasonal bouquets March through October or eucalyptus wreaths September through December. Just don’t act surprised when you hear I need to photograph you holding flowers – it’ll be great! After local farmers are compensated, nonprofits receive at least 60 percent of the fundraising proceeds. Polly donates Polly-grown rose geranium and hours to produce each fundraiser. Producing a floral fundraiser requires outreach, floral coordination with farmers, tutorials with nonprofits, photography, marketing, sales, fulfillment, and a lot of time with people to learn about them and their mission. It’s wild and I love it.
